These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Voice Acting mobile and web applications (“the Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

You may sign in using Google, Apple, or other supported authentication providers. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive behavior.
  • Upload, record, or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion if we believe your use violates these Terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service may generate responses using artificial intelligence. AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You understand and agree that:

  • AI output is automatically generated and not human-reviewed.
  • You use AI-generated content at your own discretion.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of AI results.

5. User Content

You may provide text, audio, or other content (“User Content”) when using the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Process your input for the purpose of generating responses;
  • Store temporary transcripts or logs for functionality, safety, and system integrity;
  • Use content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising or selling to third parties.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Purchases made through the Service are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.

Prices, billing terms, and refund policies are governed by Apple and Google’s respective store policies. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by the platform’s rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, and software in the Service (excluding your User Content) are the property of Voice Acting or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service unless explicitly allowed by these Terms.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted access,
  • error-free operation,
  • the accuracy or reliability of AI responses.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Service at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voice Acting and its operators are not liable for:

  • any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • loss of data, revenue, or profits,
  • harm arising from use of AI-generated content,
  • unauthorized access to your account caused by your actions.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the Service.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting growth@sapienstales.com.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Service means you accept any updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in courts located in Singapore, unless applicable laws in your region require otherwise.

14. Indemnification

You agree to use the Service responsibly. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voice Acting from claims arising only from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms. This section does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

15. Export Compliance

You may not use the Service in countries or regions where such use is prohibited by applicable export control laws. By using the Service, you represent that you are not located in a region embargoed by applicable regulations and are not on any government-issued restricted party lists.
