3. 用戶責任

您同意：

• 僅將本應用用於合法目的
• 尊重他人的隱私和權利（在故事中提及他人時）
• 不使用本應用從事任何非法、有害或不當行為
• 不嘗試破解、反向工程或干擾本應用的正常運作
• 不濫用 AI 功能（如大量生成垃圾內容）

4. 內容所有權

當您使用本應用的 AI 功能時，您授予我們有限的、臨時的許可：

• 目的：僅用於提供服務（語音轉文字、AI 對話、故事美化）
• 範圍：處理您的內容以生成結果
• 時限：處理完成後立即結束
• 不包含：我們不會將您的內容用於訓練 AI 模型或其他目的

5. AI 功能免責聲明

5.1 語音轉文字（STT）

• ⚠️ 準確度有限：語音識別準確度通常為 85-95%，但可能因口音、背景噪音、錄音質量等因素而降低
• ⚠️ 可能誤判：AI 可能會誤解某些詞彙、地名、人名，特別是台語、客家話或方言
• ⚠️ 需要人工檢查：我們提供編輯功能，建議您在保存前仔細檢查轉錄內容

5.2 AI 對話引導

Welcome to Family Story (hereinafter referred to as "the Application" or "Service"). This Application is provided by SapiensTales (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "Company").

By using this Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this Application.

2. Service Description

2.1 Core Features

Family Story provides the following main features:

1. Voice Recording: Record your stories using your device microphone
2. Speech-to-Text: Convert recordings to text using AI technology
3. AI Conversation Guidance: AI assistant helps you recall more story details
4. Story Enhancement: Use AI to improve grammar, structure, and readability
5. Story Management: Store, edit, search, and share your stories on your device
6. Sharing Features: Generate beautiful story images for social media sharing

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use this Application only for lawful purposes
• Respect others' privacy and rights (when mentioning others in stories)
• Not use this Application for any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate activities
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with normal Application operation
• Not abuse AI features (e.g., mass-generating spam content)

4. Content Ownership

When you use the Application's AI features, you grant us limited, temporary permission to:

• Purpose: Only for providing services (speech-to-text, AI conversation, story enhancement)
• Scope: Process your content to generate results
• Duration: Ends immediately after processing completes
• Excludes: We will NOT use your content to train AI models or for other purposes

5. AI Features Disclaimer

5.1 Speech-to-Text (STT)

• ⚠️ Limited Accuracy: Speech recognition accuracy is typically 85-95%, but may be reduced due to accent, background noise, recording quality, etc.
• ⚠️ Possible Misinterpretation: AI may misunderstand certain words, place names, personal names

5.3 Story Enhancement

• ⚠️ May Alter Original Meaning: Although we design AI to preserve original intent, the enhancement process may inadvertently change some expressions
• ⚠️ Style May Not Match Expectations: AI writing style may not fully align with your personal style
• ⚠️ Requires Manual Review: We recommend carefully reviewing AI-organized content after saving to ensure it matches your intent
