If you use our web version, we may use:

  • Cookies: For analytics, performance tracking, and basic functionality.
  • Local Storage: To store preferences, session data, and technical information required for the app to function.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers to deliver parts of our service. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Railway / Cloud Providers: Backend processing and hosting.
  • OpenAI or similar AI providers: Processing of text or audio input to generate responses.

These providers may process or store data in multiple geographic regions depending on their infrastructure. We do not control their internal data locations, but we select reputable vendors that implement industry-standard privacy and security protections.

Personal data may be stored or processed in data centers operated by our third-party providers. These locations may include Singapore, the United States, or other regions depending on the provider’s infrastructure.

We do not guarantee that all data stays in a single country, but we use service providers that apply strong security and compliance standards.

If you purchase a subscription or credits, all payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your credit card information.

Pricing, billing, and refund policies follow Apple’s and Google’s respective terms.

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

  • Short-term speech-to-text transcripts may be stored temporarily.
  • Diagnostic logs may be retained for operational and safety purposes for a limited time.
  • We do not store raw audio recordings.
